Dogs who have medical conditions which could be impacted by a strength & conditioning program or who have recently had surgery are required to have a completed veterinary release form.
Balanced Fitness Program designed specifically for you and your canine partner to meet your goals, while taking into consideration the amount of time you can spend on fitness.
All new clients must undergo a pre-fitness assessment that is used to establish a baseline, design your initial fitness program & track progress. The assessment includes a client history, gait & movement analysis, structure & posture evaluation and identification of any muscle imbalances.
Courses that can be enrolled in at anytime and completed at your own pace. Courses are completed in Google Classroom. Upon receipt of payment, a link to join the course will be emailed.

This aerobic exercise is good for muscle toning and general ongoing muscular and stamina development. Swimming is an excellent cross-training, non-weight bearing and conditioning exercise for your canine partner.
