Our Balanced Fitness Program is expertly designed for you and your canine partner, ensuring you can achieve your dog exercise goals while considering the time you have available for fitness. 

All new clients must complete a pre-fitness assessment that establishes a baseline for your canine fitness programs, designs your initial fitness plan, and tracks progress. This assessment includes a client history, movement analysis, structure and posture evaluation, and identification of any muscle imbalances to support strength conditioning.

Our canine fitness programs allow you to enroll at any time and complete them at your own pace. These courses, designed to help you achieve your dog exercise goals, are completed in Google Classroom. Upon receipt of payment, a link to join the course will be emailed to you, enabling you to start your strength conditioning journey.

This aerobic exercise is beneficial for muscle toning and supports ongoing muscular and stamina development. Swimming serves as an excellent cross-training, non-weight bearing activity that aligns perfectly with canine fitness programs. It is an ideal conditioning exercise to help achieve your dog's exercise goals while also enhancing strength conditioning for your canine partner.

I do not diagnose or treat injuries or chronic conditions. This service is intended for dogs under the care of a veterinarian or health care provider who have been given a Therapeutic Exercise Plan. These canine fitness programs require training to ensure that exercises are performed safely and with proper form. A veterinary liability release form will be necessary for participation.
